Purpose: This guide will walk you through how to use the ADAM QC Review Tool, a simple tool for reviewing and approving documents.

1. What is the QC Review Tool?

The QC Review Toolis a self-contained application that runs entirely in your web browser. You don't need to install any software to use it. Its purpose is to allow you to review documents that have been processed by an automated system, approve them if they are correct, or reject them if they need changes. The main goal is to generate a final QC Summary Report.

2. Getting Started: Opening the Application

The entire application is a single file. To run it, all you need is a modern web browser like Google Chrome, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge.

  1. Save the File: You should have received the application as a single file with a name ending in .html (for example, qc-viewer-app.html). Save this file to a convenient location on your computer, like your Desktop.
  2. Open the File: Navigate to where you saved the file and double-click it. It will automatically open in your default web browser, and the application will be ready to use.

3. The Workflow: A Step-by-Step Guide

Using the tool involves a simple, three-step process: Load, Review, and Report.

Step 1: Load Your Document Folder

When you first open the application, you will see a welcome screen.

  1. Click the blue Select Folder to Review button.
  2. Your computer's file explorer will open. Navigate to and select the folder that contains the batch of .json documents you need to review.
  3. Once you select the folder, the application will automatically load all the valid documents and take you to the main review screen. The name of the folder you selected will become the "Batch Name".

Step 2: Review the Documents

You will now see the main interface, which is split into two panels.
